I've been heavily involved in implimenting a large set of wishlist items for the Christopher and Dana Reeve Foundation's (CDRF) active feedback system. We've heavily updated the collection process to meet their needs and matched the reports to the new fields. We also fixed or updated a number of the server side processes to be more efficient and to correct a long outstanding list of bugs.
This was a very challanging project due to the complextiy of the requets and how they related to the existing architeture. Many of them involved adding or editing database fields and/or tables which then had to be carried through the entire CRUD process and verified for accuracy.
I've also re-skinned the contact forms to match their new website design. I also updated the markup to be more standards compliant. Not an easy task since the shell of the design was constructed by an external design team and I was tasked with integrating the form within it.
